I met Bunsong through the recommendation of a common acquaintance. In a past real estate transaction, using a “friend of a friend” had severely backfired on me and cost me thousands. This made my initial approach cautious, but Bunsong immediately put me at ease with his friendly, calm and level-headed approach. He proceeded to help me sell my rental property in Bothell not only quicker than expected, but for truly a higher amount than we had targeted in 2014.
This result was not just due to favorable market conditions. I trusted his experience, knowledge of the area and comparable properties, so therefore accepted his realistic property valuation for the price, advice on timing and marketing approach to maximize our chances. Bunsong’s excellent negotiation was the key in finalizing the sale for about $15,000 more than I had hoped.
If a real estate sale is not stressful enough, I was worried it would be an even trickier transaction to coordinate a rental sale with a tenant move date in conjunction with the new owner taking possession. This would all have to occur while I was traveling frequently for my job. Bunsong stepped right in and took care of all the details: Working with my Property Manager on the tenant notice and transfer dates; Scheduling the negotiated repairs and maintenance before closing; Managing any issues or change requests from both the tenant and new owners to their satisfaction; Negotiating some cash directly back to me when the new owners delayed their agreed date to take possession. He spent the time to ensure all my required signatures were recorded via an ‘eSign’ tool which was critical as my availability during negotiations was unpredictable. The list goes on.
The fantastic result was punctuated by the fact that my property was vacant for literally only 2 weeks between the last rental check and the home sale closing date. This could have turned out to be months thereby costing me even more by having to continue to pay the mortgage. I give all the credit to Bunsong’s astute awareness of the market, detailed management of the entire process and clear understanding of my needs. I didn’t expect him to go beyond the typical agent scope by managing the rental aspect of this sale, but he did without any hesitation or complaint. I still thank my friend for the introduction to Bunsong. I will certainly use him for my next house purchase or sale and I still seek advice from him these days.

It started when we met Anthony Gladis at an open house. Our initial impression of Anthony was that he was a down to earth human and most importantly, he really listens!
As first time home buyers, we knew from the beginning that we did not want to work with a realtor with a salesperson attitude; we don’t need a sales pitch on everything. On this note, we feel that we got really lucky meeting Anthony just by chance. After our initial meeting, we knew that we wanted to work with him as our intuition kicked in. Anthony is an amazing realtor. He spent many Saturday hours driving us around showing us houses until we found the right one for us. He was very professional, always responsive and flexible.
