Just searching for the “right” house is exhausting. When you add finding a loan that suits your budget to your home search then your headache will turn into migraine. I have trust issues with my friends let alone “Mortgage Company” However, working with Andrew and the team has lowered my anxiety. My questions were answered on timely manner with a language that I could understand. They were transparent with the numbers (fees) The last deal was even better than what was promised on our initial encounter. They didn’t lose money and I didn’t get burned or played. There were complications at the last minute due to the seller’s bank delinquency. Andrew and the team solve the issue and got me the house.
